At Breath & Balance Wellness, our mission is to cultivate a supportive and inclusive community with integrity through breath-centered Hatha and Vinyasa style yoga practices. We aim to empower new moms, corporate employees, and individuals seeking personal wellness practices to achieve mental clarity, physical strength, and emotional resilience, both in our online studio and during our monthly pop-up events in the Baltimore area. By fostering connection and mindfulness, we strive to create a sanctuary where every practitioner feels seen, valued, and inspired to carry peace, resilience, and strength with them where ever they may go.

At Breath & Balance Wellness, we believe that wellness should be accessible, inclusive, and rooted in community. Our seasonal community initiatives are designed to create intentional spaces for connection, healing, and self-discovery — without financial or social barriers. We offer a variety of yoga classes (in person and online), wellness workshops, private sessions and corporate wellness programing.

My son had the pleasure of working with Sherrye. He plays a lot of different sports such as football, wrestling, baseball etc. One of his coaches mentioned he needed to work on his core and hips. My son really enjoyed his sessions and I loved how patient Sherrye was with him. I know some people don’t enjoy working with kids but I’m glad that was not the case with Sherrye. This beginner friendly all-levels class begins with a mindful vinyasa flow focused on building core strength, balance, and stability, then transitions into restorative postures supported by props for deep relaxation. This welcoming practice invites everyone to move at their own pace, reconnect with their bodies, and leave feeling strong, grounded, refreshed, and renewed.

  • Morning Meditation & Deep Stretch (Virtual)

    Start your day with intention, clarity, and a deeply relaxed body. This 30-minute virtual class combines guided meditation and gentle deep stretching to help you awaken the mind and release overnight tension from the body. We'll begin with a short mindfulness or breathwork practice to ground your awareness, followed by a series of long, soothing stretches designed to open the hips, spine, and shoulders—perfect for all levels, especially beginners and anyone looking to start their day with calm and focus.

  • The Wind Down: Restorative Flow

    Tuesday | 7.28 7pm (EST)

    Location: Virtual (Zoom)

    Join me on the mat as we wind down, release the tension of the day, and realign in this restorative yoga class. In this class we will intentionally hold poses for longer and use our breath to realign our minds and bodies. Perfect for a midweek reset.
