At Breath & Balance Wellness, our mission is to cultivate a supportive and inclusive community with integrity through breath-centered Hatha and Vinyasa style yoga practices. We aim to empower new moms, corporate employees, and individuals seeking personal wellness practices to achieve mental clarity, physical strength, and emotional resilience, both in our online studio and during our monthly pop-up events in the Baltimore area. By fostering connection and mindfulness, we strive to create a sanctuary where every practitioner feels seen, valued, and inspired to carry peace, resilience, and strength with them where every they may go.
Breath and Balance Wellness offers a variety of yoga classes (in person and online), wellness workshops, and private sessions.
Our classes are designed to meet you where you are, so feel free to ask questions, move at your own pace, and embrace the process.

This practice will focus on mindful alignment, gentle core engagement, and releasing stored tension, making it perfect for anyone seeking to de-stress, reset, or recover from physical or emotional strain.

Mommy Reset: Deep Stretch & Tone

As Moms we carry so much of the mental and sometimes physical load for our families. With all that we have to do, sometimes we forget to take care of ourselves. This one is just for you! If your overstimulated, over extended, and just over it, meet me on the mat to breath, stretch, and tone our bodies. We will connect our minds and bodies with mindful movement through different postures, taking a moment for ourselves because we deserve care too!
This is a 30 minute gentle Hatha style class and very beginner friendly. Perfect if you are short on time and you can do it in the comfort of your home. No sitter needed! -
